KOTA KINABALU: The deputy President of PBS, Datuk Seri Panglima Radin Malleh today urged the authorities concerned such as the SPRM and Police to take necessary actions against the activities of a party which has been going on this few weeks in Melalap constituency.

One of its leaders, in his bid to defend the Melalap seat has been visiting the various kampungs and at the same time distributing money of RM100 each to the populace as well as bringing along with him thousands crates of beer for those who attended his visits.

So far, the leader has visited Pamilaan, Lampam Mas, Jawa Sumbiling, Bunut, Mandalom and Saga by using the same modus operandi in every area he visited, said Radin.

Radin who is also the Divisional Chief for PBS Melalap said this when closing the agm for PBS branches situated in Melalap PDM today.

According to Radin, this activity is very sad indeed because the leaders are not educating the people how to lead in a proper livelihood but spoiling them, especially the youths, by dependent on handout and beers.

“I am very very sad indeed to witness this new phenomena in Melalap.

“Hence, I earnestly urge the SPRM and the Police to take immediate actions before it gets worst apropos the forthcoming state election,” said Radin.-pr/BNN
