KOTA KINABALU: Nine families who were quarantined in Kg Sinukab Kanibongan, Pitas received food aid in from Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Youth movement.
The distribution of aid in the form of food baskets was distributed through SAPP Bengkoka Constituency Liaison Committee represented by its CLC secretary Johanis Jospilis, on behalf of SAPP Youth Leader.
Youth chief Jamain Sarudin, had earlier received information that the nine families had to undergo quarantine after one of their family members, who is also a disabled, was found Covid-19 positive during the screening test at Kota Marudu Hospital. However, test results of all the other family members were found negative.
Jamain said the party’s youth were immediately mobilised to disburse aid in the form of food baskets to these quarantined families. He hoped the community would seriously comply with the SOP, stay safe and healthy always.-pr/BNN
