KOTA KINABALU: Everise Ventures Sdn Bhd (EVSB), the management company for Sandakan Turf Club (STC) today announced that with effect from May 1, 2022, the business hours for all its 4D outlets during draw days will be from 8am to 7pm; and on non draw days, business hours will be from 9am to 4pm, and all the 4D outlets will be closed on every Friday.
“we hope all our customers would take note of the said changes to our business hours, and any inconvenience caused is much regretted,” said EVSB in a statement issued today.
It explained that the said move was in coordination with the latest revised business hours issued by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) recently, under the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
“When the government allowed gaming business to reopen, we adjusted our business hours by taking into consideration of our customers’ need, as well as the circumstances at that time. And with the commencement of the new minimum wage policy with effect from 1 May 2022, we will again adjust our business hours,” it said.
It further noted that, following the relaxation of the various Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) by the government in stages, the business hours of various businesses and industries too have been adjusted accordingly. Hence, STC too has decided to comply with the latest business hours issued by the MoF.
“We hope the latest adjustment to our business hours would better meet our customers’ requirement, especially giving them more time to place their bet during draw days,” it said.
Besides this, it also promised that it would continue to organize programmes and activities to give back to the society, within its capability, once its business is back on track.
“We also would like to thank all our valued customers for their support all these years, especially during the pandemic. Now, with all businesses and industries gradually recovering, we hope it would also benefit everyone,” it added.
Meanwhile, those who have any inquiry concerning its new business hours are urged to approach the nearest STC outlet for clarification.-pr/BNN
