KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Seri Panglima Anifah Aman, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, expresses his sincere appreciation to the Honorable Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor, and the Honorable Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, for their support and trust in recommending and appointing him as a Senator to the Malaysian Parliament.
In a statement stated that he was grateful for the opportunity to serve the country and the people of Malaysia in his new capacity as a Senator.
