KOTA KINABALU: Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) will be holding its annual Chinese New Year luncheon at *Hakka Hall on February 2 (Sunday) at 12noon*.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Shafie Apdal, state minister and assistant ministers, advisors and sponsors have been invited to the event.

Guests will be entertained with lion dance performance, special appearance by the God of Fortune, singing performances by talented artistes Wesley Liew and Annabelle Voo Pei Pei as well as Sabah VFM deejays.

KKJA members will also stand a chance to win up to RM 100 worth of supermarket voucher or prizes at the lucky draw counter upon registration.

Members are reminded to arrive at 11am as the lucky draw counter will close at 11.45am sharp.

KKJA is giving away ang pows for members’ children as well as guests who show up in traditional Chinese costumes, such as cheongsam or Tang suit.-pr/BNN
