（山打根8日讯）华总会长丹斯里吴添泉呼吁政府关注与设法改善在疫情下，年轻一代继续到海外打拼导致国家人才外流之际，大批外国人却到我国淘金的两极化现象。
他说，政府在本月开始通过开放国门通关政策，方便国人往返就业或回乡返家团圆，应该仅是其中一个政策管道，长期之计，政府更应未雨绸缪，致力通过更多良策来校对、改善国家经济政策，通过提升综合国力，系统化和长期提高国民生活水平和国人经济能力，留着人才和被视为国家及社会接班人的年青一代，才是上策！
他强调，留着年轻一代，便是留着国家的未来，留着拥有素质的年轻一代，更是留着国家更光明的未来。
也是沙巴中华大会堂总会长的吴添泉是昨晚在这里的沙巴大酒店宴会厅为第二届山打根华总青之夜主持开幕及颁奖仪式上致词时这么表示。出席者包括主办当局山打根华人同乡总会会长梁金瑛、青年团团长王志强、青年团永久名誉团长郭经文以及山打根潮洲公会理事长拿督邱玉仰等多人。
他对在冠病疫情肆虐超过两年后，国门在上周（1日）开放，让在新加坡就业谋生的许多年轻游子、包括沙巴州子民能够回国返乡的安排表示欣慰，但也让他有莫大的感触。
“从媒体的报道和视频中，我见到许多年轻游子，有的步行拖着行李箱或背上背包、有的踏滑板、有电单车骑士，也有驾驶者，不约而同齐聚在一起，于国门开放前午夜在长堤高唱国歌《Negaraku》，以最集体的步伐和最一致的心情等着回国。而当大家顺利的通关抵达我国的国土后，又是一幕幕与迎接的家人亲友或亲切爱人的热情拥抱，甚至流下久别后泪水的历史性画面，让我感触良多。”
他说，同样的情景过后也在沙巴州内的大小机场或关卡上演，这些都是久违的重逢和许多泪水交织的团圆，这种因疫情而出现的相聚，都是过去所从来没有的。
他说，从国门开放大批游子回国返乡的热潮看来，许多都涉及年轻国人，大家都为了前途和生活，常年在海外打拼，并因疫情来袭而阻隔了之前定期的返乡行程，实属无奈，而这个现实局面，也充份反映了许多年轻一代或人才，为了寻求更好的生活和出路，而外流他国他乡的真实面。
他说，在疫情前经过新柔长堤每天或定期往返两国，在新加坡工作有约30万我国公民（其中绝大部份是年轻一代），大家都以“一元新币换3令吉马币”的兑换率，每年以血泪汗水为我国拼来数以百亿计令吉的外汇。
“有理由预见的是，随着国门继续开放，各经济和生活领域的解封，不论是对新加坡或是其他海外国家，相信这个我国人民尤其是年轻一代到海外工作就业的趋势，至少将逐步回返疫情之前的局面；也有一些极可能会出现的迹象是，由于疫情仍然影响着经济和生活领域，尤其是家庭收入受打击与个人债务提高等原因下，预料将出现更多乡区人民到城市另谋高（收入）就或谋生的迹象，这也包括可能到海外国家打拼在内。”
同时也是沙闽华人同乡联合会总会长的吴添泉表示关注或担忧的现象是，上述情况也可能会出现在包括沙巴州在内的东马，为了更好的生活出路，更多乡区人民竞相到城市工作，或是东马人民到西马谋生。
对于上述迹象，他呼吁联邦或是州政府积极关注这个可能会发生或长期下来将带来不利的动向，有必要更全面深思和寻求有效对策，避免国家或地方专才继续外流，包括年轻一代纷纷出国就业赚取更高外汇，但与此同时国内却缺乏劳工和技术人员，导致政府必须继续放宽政策来引进外国工人的两极化现象或鸿沟持续被激化。
他建议政府通过集思广益，多关注和改善我国人民，包括年轻一代的就业问题与生活环境，例如引进更多优质引资，强化技职和专业教育、开拓更多青年创业机会和领域和鼓励并提供青年融资计划等等。-pr/BNN
