(亚庇3日讯)沙巴中华大会堂总会长丹斯里吴添泉认为,尽管沙州目前无法连同国内其他5州属被列入国家复苏计划第二阶段,但联邦政府还是应该认可与接纳州政府之前宣布的逐步开放州内经济领域与放宽标准作业程序的措施。 他说,联邦政府不应继续“阻挠”州政府根据州情因地制宜,已经宣布并准备实施的措施。 也是沙州经济咨询理事会成员兼沙闽福联会总会长的吴添泉今天发表文告,针对国防部高级部长拿督斯里依斯迈沙比里今午宣布国内5州属(吉兰丹、登嘉楼、霹雳、彭亨及玻璃市)从下周一开始进入国家复苏计划第二阶段的声明中,沙州无法被列入感到失望。 防长今天表示,有关5州已经达到国家复苏计划第二阶段的3项指标,政府才决定放宽这5州的管制。根据首相丹斯里慕尤丁之前宣布,国家复苏计划分4阶段执行,而每个阶段的转移段都须依据每日确诊病例、公共卫生系统能力和加护病房的病床使用率、以及接种两剂疫苗百分比3大指标为主。 吴添泉表示,尽管沙州目前的每日新增确诊病例介于200宗,若根据这几天数据甚至比被宣布进入第二阶段的彭州还要低,但沙州在疫苗接种安排方面却极待提升,尤其是已经完成两剂者仅约20万人,不及7%,而且联邦供应给沙州的疫苗也极待提升,以协助沙州更早达到更多人口接种疫苗的指标。 他说,尽管对沙州无法达标被列入第二阶段国家复苏计划表示失望,但他还是希望联邦政府能够尊重和接纳沙州政府之前宣布的放宽标准作业程序和开放部份经济领域的措施,不应再让有关矛盾延续。 “根据媒体报道,现在连执法队伍也无法回应媒体记者反映民意所提出的有关问题,还要求媒体去问国家安全理事会,试问,这个答案还要等多久?” 他说,联邦政府也应该尊重几乎全体的沙州人民和朝野党团一致的声明和立场,即要求联邦政府认可和接纳州政府有关宣布的自主权。 他说,这股来自沙州的最强大和一致民意,是必须获得联邦政府正视和尊重的。-pr/BNN
