华总会长丹斯里吴添泉说，马翠宏与刘东源皆是中国新代出色的女外交官，任重而道远，皆对促进马中两国向来良好的密切关系，扮演重要与积极角色。
他说，在来马之前的超过10年期间，马翠宏曾经出任中国驻美国纽约总领事馆的侨务组长要职长达5年，于2015年升任中国驻泰国宋卡总领馆副总领事兼驻普吉领事办公室主任，对东西方外交事务尤其是侨务等领域拥有丰富经验，这次升任来马，必定胜任有余。
他深信，马翠宏公参将在使馆同仁配合下，全面辅佐于半年前来马履任的中国驻马特命全权大使欧阳玉靖，为促进两国关系作出贡献。
也是沙巴中华大会总会长的吴添泉今天发表文告说，华总也对任满的刘东源表示衷心感激，对其多年来在我国，包括之前出任中国驻东马砂拉越古晋总领事馆副总领事，以及4年前升任驻马大使馆领事部参赞以来，以其过人的魄力和亲和力，在致力推进两国关系和民间往来各方面，所作出的积极贡献，表示推崇。

（亚庇14日讯）沙巴中华大会堂总会长丹斯里吴添泉对州政府将改组企业政策及治理监督委员会表示欢迎和支持，并建议能够扩大阵容，委任更多来自私企、专业人士和社会领袖等代表，以更有效扮演咨询、专业、独立和高透明度的监督地位。
他也建议州政府通过监委会，全面探讨与执行法定机构及官联公司“瘦身计划”，根据各个单位真正的人力资源所需进行适度调整调派，确保人尽其用，提高单位机构质量运作。
他举例说，首阶段下可以先冻结增聘：“如果某个单位出现人力过剩现象的话，可以优先考虑调派到需要人力的其他单位，避免让这些需要增加人手的单位再增聘新人。”
他也说，通过这个隶属予州财政部的监委会，可以加强对州法定机构及官联公司的问责行动，包括严格采取赏罚分明、唯才是用甚至人事调动与机制改组等。
也是沙闽福联会总会长的吴添泉今天发表文告，针对首席部长兼州财政部长的拿督哈芝芝昨天宣布，州财政部辖下的企业政策与治理监督委员会将进行改组，全面加强监管州法案机构及官联公司运作的决定，表示全力支持与苟同。
针对首长表示，这项加强监管措施将包括对付违反政府指示的违规作业采取必须的执法，防止内部滥权及管理不当，包括未经授权的新职批准或非理性的成立子公司等，吴添泉认为，监督机制应该以高度的问责和行动为大前提，因为法定机构和官联公司除了向政府，同时也必须向人民负责，因为有关运作和投资的资本皆来自人民，拥有良好管理和运作的机构或官联公司，就必须确保不会浪费而是善用人民的每一分钱。
“换句话说，监委会除了协助州财政部和州政府，同时也代表人民监督这些法定机构和官联公司的营运，并希望它能够以最高的标准和透明度执行任务。”
也是沙州经济咨询理事会成员的吴添泉说，政府也可以考虑扩大监委会阵容，委任更多来自私人企业界、社会领袖和专业领域的代表，共同在内提供建设性咨询，通过集思广益，进行高交通的监督角色。
“尤其是成功和私企代表，他们在企业界的看法和建议应该被积极看待，甚至向这些成功企业取经。”
他也认同监委会将加强监督州法定机构及官联公司财务管理、包括管理层的薪资和津贴，以及涉及公共领域资源的运用这方面的角色，并认为这些公共资源和领域，都是出自沙州和人民，有关单位的领导层必须抱持着一切徇公不为私的尽责态度，为州为民效力。-pr/BNN
