KOTA KINABALU: A salad bar is now available at the The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu.
Served from 12noon to 2pm daily, diners can sample 25 pre-mixed salads for RM25. Salads include Rojak Buah’ to various salad dishes such as Waldorf Salad, Thai Seafood Salad, Hawaiian Salad, Pasta Salad and Mexican Tuna Salad among others.
More than 10 different vegetables and greens, including Frizzy Lettuce, Coral Lettuce, Italian Lettuce, Romaine and Watercress are also available. Diners have several choices of dressings such as thousand islands, spicy honey mustard dressing and olive oil for the health conscious.
