KOTA KINABALU: In conjunction with Father’s Day the Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu is offering a celebratory buffet brunch to celebrants.

The brunch to be held June 16 with a tagline ‘Father’s Day in the Palace’ will start at 11.30am until 3pm. The brunch is at RM80 per adult and RM40 per child aged 12 to six years old.

The dining voucher bought by the guests also entitle them to utilise the hotel swimming pool on that day.

There will be a best dressed prize for fathers where those who come with the ‘most funky dress’ will get to stay for two days and one night at the hotel, with breakfast included.

Five other diners will have a chance to win lucky draw prizes.

Meanwhile,  regular diners will have a treat as the hotel’s executive chef Marcel Lomangkok has  created the latest lunch set, available as of yesterday.

He had created a choice of tandoori chicken tikka, lemongrass chicken, Balinese chicken, grilled mackerel with teriyaki sauce, and creamy curry spaghetti with shrimp as the main course. They are all worth ordering as they are the usual creative dishes concocted by the talented chef.

He shared that they usually change the menu and create new dishes for their guests every three months.
