KOTA KINABALU: The Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Mohd Shafie Apdal is expected to attend a Party Warisan Sabah (Warisan) P.173 Putatan Chinese New Year open house (CNY) at Tanjung Aru Township on Feb 1, 2020.
The event will start at 9.30am. Organising Chairperson Ms Judy Hiew and her committee via the Chinese Community Affairs Bureau welcomes everyone to the event.
She said Shafie who is also the party president will join other guests to perform the Yee Sang.

State Law and Native Affairs Assistant Minister Datuk Uda Sulai who is also the N18 State Assemblyman of is also expected to attend.
“Celebrants can hope to enjoy lion dance performances and other form of entertainments such as singing,” she said in a statement issued today.
Shealso said donations to temples and churches will be held on that day, while senior citizens and children will receive “angpows” in conjunction with the event.
Hiew, who is also the Deputy Coordinator (N.17 Tanjung Aru) of P.173 Putatan Warisan invites the public, especially those who are in Tanjung Aru, Sembulan and Putatan to come together to celebrate the Warisan CNY Open House. -pr/BNN
