The Metropot bistro & pub sited at Lor Metro 1, Metrotown, Kolombong will be offering a breaking of fast menu from March 20 to 25 of April. They are open from 8am to 12pm daily. However the Ramadan set is available from 12noon to 9pm. Their outlet is cosy and very well suited for breaking of fast as well as small gatherings.
The Ramadhan menu and ala carte dishes are many and will cater to most diners needs. They include a Family set (3-4 pax) that comes with kurma and sweet corn ice bandung drink. This package
Includes beef bone soup with meatball, ulam with sambal tomato and oxtail asam pedas. Diners will also be served with grilled sole fish wrapped in banana leaf, tempura prawn with curry leaves, and fragrance rice.
If you are breaking fast alone there is a set that comes with kurma and sweet corn ice bandung. The dishes are Oxtail asam pedas with ulam and steamed rice for RM40, the Beef bone soup with ulam and steamed rice at RM23 and the sambal fish with ulam and steamed rice at RM18. The other choice is the tempura prawn with ulam and steamed rice at RM18.
There are three beverages to choose from mainly Dates honey milkshake at RM15, Sweet corn bandung cincau at RM8 and fruit ice shaved cocktail at RM8.
There are other dishes available including General tso chicken, Stir fried prawn with sweet & spicy egg sauce, Spicy peanut lamb shoulder and Blackpepper salad fish fillet
