KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the launch of KTI Landmark Berhad’s initial public offering (IPO) prospectus to raise
RM48 million under its listing exercise on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad, here today.
A Sabah-based integrated property developer and CIDB-certified on-site Industrialised
Building System (IBS) manufacturer, KTI Landmark Berhad provides design and build
construction services primarily to the Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority
(LPPB) to build urban development and affordable housing for the general public and
civil servants housing projects.
Currently, KTI has a total of RM2.2 billion Gross Development Value (GDV) projects on-
going and upcoming projects across Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran, Sandakan and Papar in Sabah, where 30 per cent of them were awarded by LPPB.
The company’s projects included, among others Taman Wawasan in Beaufort, Taman
La Gloxinia in Papar, Taman Seri Lemawang in Tuaran as well as Taman Nelly, Taman
Lavender and The Logg in Kota Kinabalu.-pr/BNN
