KOTA KINABALU; After two years of meticulous planning and unwavering dedication, IWWCE 2024 was  finally held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC).

it’s organing chairperson  Cleopatra Lajawai said over the past 12 months, leveraging various local and international media platforms, they  successfully raised awareness of our Sustainable Wholistic Wellness Lifestyle initiative and concept among more than one million global citizens.

According to her this outreach has garnered significant interest from numerous distinguished speakers from diverse nations who are eager to participate in the forthcoming bi-annual IWWCE 2026 event.

Cleopatra who is CEO of AEI Weliness Sdn Bhd &D iMag Wholististic Professionals PLT sharede that the primary aim of IWWCE 2024 is to cultivate global awareness of the Sustainable Wholistic Wellness Lifestyle, which encompasses the 10 Pillars of Wellness.

“This initiative empowers global citizens with a plethora of choices, enhanced knowledge on preventive health, and the ability to opt for the most cost-effective wholistic therapies,”she said.

According to her in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, their core mission is to educate and inspire individuals worldwide, including those from ASEAN countries, to embrace a preventive health-oriented mindset.

“This transformation aims to shift the focus from “illness to wellness,” a concept aptly articulated by Dr. Kampon, while encouraging the integration of “love,” “harmony,” and “happiness” into daily routines to nurture holistic well-being across the realms of the soul, mind, emotions, and body.”

According to her  Kota Kinabalu was carefully selected as the inaugural venue for IWWCE 2024 due to Sabah’s abundant offerings that lay the foundation for optimal wellness and health.

Sabah’s pristine “GREEN-BLUE-CLEAN” environment, encompassing millions of hectares of untouched jungle and bordered by the vast Celebes Sea, also known as the Sulu Sea, and the South China Sea, provides an abundance of negatively ionized air rich in oxygen and revitalizing vita energy.

The act of simply breathing the pure and invigorating air in Sabah is inherently therapeutic. This region serves as a sanctuary of healing and well-being for individuals worldwide, with wellness beginning with the quality of the clean, fresh air that we breathe, she said.
