During the event, the guest of honour, Assistant Finance Minister Datuk Tan Lee Fatt said the world-class, award-winning autistic pianists have not only defied the odds but have also showcased the unwavering power of passion, discipline, and dedication.

“Their success is not theirs alone; behind every note they play and every triumph they celebrate, there are parents, siblings, teachers, and friends who have stood by them, believed in them, and provided the love and support essential for their growth.”

“This evening is historic, as it marks the first time in Malaysia that four world-class autistic pianists are performing together on one stage, and it is happening right here in Sabah. This powerful concert demonstrates that greatness knows no limits, and resilience has no boundaries. These musicians are living proof that talent, when nurtured and supported, can transcend any challenge. This is why we must continue to advocate for autism awareness. We must champion inclusivity, create opportunities, and ensure that every child, regardless of their abilities, has the chance to develop their talents and fulfill their dreams. Let this evening remind us all that, with the right support, encouragement, and belief, anything is possible.”
