KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Ismail Abdullah received his letter of appointment as Executive Director of Tanjung Aru Eco-Development (TAED) from Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor at his office at the State Administrative Centre here today.
Also present was State Secretary, Datuk Seri Sr Haji Safar Untong.
Datuk Ismail, a former civil servant has served in senior roles including as director of the State Economic Planning Unit and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industrial Development, among others.
He is also the current Chairman of the TAS Institute of Oil & Gas.
Also appointed was Datuk Ismail’s deputy, Ir Abdul Aziz Julkarnain. -pr/BNN
