In conjunction with the Winter Solstice Festival, one of the most important festival celebrated by the Chinese, EWest is offering an eight-course table menu for diners.

The food prepared by Chef Joseph Chang and his team, will feature matsutake mushroom, conceh stew chicken soup, Inchi Cabin with Hainan style chicken and steamed Hong Kong style gold pomfret. Other dishes include barbecue lamb ribs, stir fried prawns with celery, braised mushroom with abalone slice, steamed rice in lotus leaf and sweet pumpkin sago with winter solstice dumpling.

The price for this eight course offering is RM688+ for Jesselton diners members.  Those who wish to sign up as members could do so at the restaurant. Membership is at RM47 and members will be eligible to 10 percent discount on ala carte order and member price for selected promotional items.

EWest sited at Taman Foo Loong Luyang, can seat up to 320 people at the banquet hall and restaurant. They cater to functions such as engagements, weddings, birthdays and various social gatherings. Information and reservation can be made through 088 221233.-pr/BNN
