KOTA KINABALU: Runway Café, Tanjung Aru is promoting an array of delicious food for Christmas.
The four sets of offerings are affordable considering the occasion and well worth the money for families who wish to dine in comfort with food prepared by expert chefs and served by friendly cafe staffs.
The Christmas ambiance at Runway is elegantly muted without garish displays and against this backdrop, diners and celebrants can enjoy their Christmas fare.
The food will titillate their customers’ palate and make regulars of them, at least the food preview proved that.
So diners who wish to celebrate the day with a meal, you have the option to enjoy an Asian set Menu or dine at the Western Corner.
For set A of the Asian menu which is going for RM198++ ideal for two to five pax, they can enjoy the Holiday Fish Maw and Shark Fin Soup, December Spring Chicken, Merry Jolly Red Sniper and the Tidings and Tinsels Pepper Beef. This is followed by Wintertime H/K Kailan and Snow Man Rice and ends with a dessert of Mistletoe Mango Pudding. This is a delicious set.
Diners can also opt for set B, which is almost the same except for FelizBourguinon Lamb Shank and Jack Frost Homemade Tofu . This set goes for RM430++ and suitable for 6-10pax.
As for the Western Corner celebrants can choose between Set A at RM188++ for 2 to 5pax or Set B at RM368++ ideal for 6-10PAX.
In this menu, there is a Wonder Creamy Mushroom Soup, Christmas Carols Salad and three choices of Entrée.
They are Eve Baked Honey Glazed Salmon or Christmas Prime Lamb w/ Chimichurri sauce or Thanks Giving Roasted Turkey. The meal ends with a Santa Cheese Treat.
A personal favourite is the Eve Baked Honey Glazed Salmon.
