The 9-course set menu includes braised fish maw and fish lip soup, sour plum duck, braised red snapper with yellow bean paste , Hong Kong style stewed pork belly and steam clay pot corn-fed chicken.
Diners will also get to taste the crystal jade bean curd with shimeji and enoki mushroom, stir fried mixed vegetables , golden fried rice with crabmeat and anchovies and pumpkin with glutinous rice ball (tong yuan).
Super 7 Restaurant is non-halal all -day dining Chinese restaurant that opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 9am till 11:30pm.
