KOTA KINABALUl: The Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) is offering an array of food in conjunction with the fasting month of Ramadan.
Sited at Kinabatangan Hall, Level 2, the offerings dubbed “A Taste of ASIAN” comprise of 700 food items that are range from cakes to savoury food as well as the mains.
Diners can hope to taste all sorts of dishes, such as rendang, curry, roasted meat, all sorts of fried food, varieties of fish and sushi, among others. One can start with the salad buffet table, which offers an assortment of dishes, and work on to the mains, where the rice and main dishes are. There are also a wide array of desserts which include ice crushed ABC and puddings, as well as jelly and an abundance of cakes. There are also various types of fruits available. The 700 items offered are quite mind-boggling, so its advisable to return a few times to sample all the dishes offered.
The buffet cost RM128 per adult but senior citizens can dine at a discount of RM96, while children aged six to 12 will be charged RM64. Children under five years old can dine for free.
The establishment offer private dining for family gatherings and group bookings. The buffet will be available until May 2.
