（亚庇10日讯）沙巴中华大会堂总会长丹斯里吴添泉说，基于恶化中的沙州冠病疫情冠全国，联邦政府在明年度国家财政预算案中，应给予沙州更多的防疫与抗疫拨款。
“我们也希望联邦政府加强沙州的公共卫生体系，拨更多款项兴建州内医疗设备，加强医护人员培训与驻派服务，尤其是乡区方面的卫生医护水平，极待提升。”
他建议联邦政府在沙州兴建医学院或国际医药大学，培训更大本地医护人才，为长期提升沙州医疗卫生水平带来长远积极作用。
他说，诚如政府各造所强调，明年度财政预算案是“抗疫预算案”，同时也准备应对疫情过后振兴经济的规划预算，因此沙州在这方面应获得更大的关注。
他说，在基本建设拨款方面，联邦政府拨予沙州的51亿令吉，比今年的52亿令吉还要少1亿令吉的安排，难免让沙州人民感到失望，在这方面希望能够获得提升。
吴添泉也是大马华总会长，他今天发表文告评论国家明年度财政预算案给予沙州拨款的课题时说，随着基本建设拨款的减少，联邦政府应该基于沙州目前的严重疫情，提供更多的拨款供更全面防疫与抗疫用途。
他说，明年度国家财政预算案中，除了全国性措施和拨款之外，特别提供予沙州的拨款和发展计划主要包括：
1：沙巴基本建设获得51亿令吉拨款，主要用在兴建及提升州内水供、电供、道路、卫生与教育设备用途。
2：拨款38亿令吉落实泛婆罗州大道工程，即从斗亚兰到哥打贝卢全程21公里的工程计划。
3：沙巴发展走廊享有的税务优惠延长到2022年。
4：总数7亿8000万令吉发展国内各经济走廊拨款下，包括提升沙巴发展走廊的货柜码头基本实施计划在内。
5：因受到旅游业影响的德士、电召车、出租车及旅游交通司机获得1000令吉援助金。
6：总数1亿2000万令吉拨款予东马的乡区学校184项建筑工程（如安装全新的井水管等）计划中，沙巴将从中受惠。
7：沙巴纳巴湾稻农将获得种植、肥料津贴和奖掖。
8：总数4100万令吉拨款予东马的原住民传统习俗权计划下，沙巴将从中受惠。
9：在政府提升必需品运送计划和液化石油气的2亿令吉拨款当中，沙巴山卡岛的居民从中受惠。
吴添泉对泛婆罗州大道工程得以持续进行表示欣慰，并希望它能够在各方面加紧监督下，加速推进，让整条大道早日贯通运行，以加速沙州和东马各领域的发展。
他也对政府延长沙巴发展走廊的税务优惠表示支持，惟更希望政府不应厚此薄彼，尤其是在疫情破坏经济的当下，更应该在税务上多照顾本地企业商家，而不只是外资而已。
“希望中央政府能够关注，给予东马更大力度的照顾和拨款，以协助改善这里的基本设施，并进一步均衡东西马两岸和经济发展和人民的生活水平。”
吴添泉也希望沙巴州政府将提呈的明年度州财政预算案方面，也能够为州内企业商家和人民百姓，带来更多好消息，以协助人民度过疫情难关。-pr/BNN
