KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor met with the new Fifth Infantry Division Commander, Major General Shamsor Haji Jaafar at Menara Kinabalu, here today.
At the meeting, the Chief Minister discussed, among others security issues with Shamsor. They also discussed matters regarding the Fifth Infantry Division based at the Lok Kawi Camp.
Shamsor who was accompanied by Staff Officers, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmad Zurairi Muda and Captain Ameer Ashraf Masudi, took over duties from Major General Datuk Noorrul Azril Ariffin on January 30 this year.-pr/BNN
