“It began from our mother’s advice to not bring clients into our personal home as it would not be a conducive place for the client.  She then moved to the lower ground of the house and renovated it, and spent almost RM50k! The business flourish. But due to frequent heavy rain and flooding, she was forced to find a better place which gave her the push to move to a commercial lot.”

She said over the last few years, their quality of service had improved tremendously as they had adopted a proper system thereby assuring their costumers of high quality service.
“Our customer service today has to be more focused and better than before because our industry is facing tremendous competition from local players.  Compared with 10 years ago, there are many more beauty shops in Kota Kinabalu – Sabah, not to mention other districts.”
With this competition the team are determined to ensure customers satisfaction and expand their business, while helping others who are interested in this beauty treatment to grow in the industry.
