KOTA KINABALU: Kota Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) will be holding its annual Chinese New Year luncheon at Hakka Hall on March 3.
The association has invited the Chief Minister cum KKJA honorary advisor Tan Sri Musa Haji Aman as the guest of honour for the event.
KKJA chairman Yong Ted Phen welcomes all members and their families to the Chinese New Year celebration.
He said members will be entitled for the lucky draw and stand a chance to win supermarket vouchers or cash prizes. The lucky draw counter will close once the luncheon commences at the arrival of the guest of honour.
Yong added that members’ children will also receive ang pows at the event.
Apart from lion dance and appearance by the God of Fortune, KKJA has also invited four local artistes to perform at the luncheon, namely Esther Voon, Annie Lau, David Ho and Estee Voon, while renowned local singer Wesley Liew will be the emcee.pr/BNN
