Diners who love dining at the Super 7 Restaurant can now walk in and order the food of their choice. They will also be pleasantly surprised as there are a several additional dishes in the menu.
But first they must adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP) during the RMCO or Recovery Movement Control Order by observing the required social distancing rules and regulations.
Diners are then accorded the menu where they can choose their order. Among the new a la carte dishes featured in the menu at ‘Zhe Jiang’ Pork Ribs 浙江排, Roasted Pork Belly with Superior Sauce 豉油皇烧肉, Braised Ginger Chicken 姜片焖鸡块, Braised ‘Chu Hou’ Lamb 柱侯醬焖羊骨仔, Wok Fried Beef with Golden Garlic 金蒜牛肉, Steamed Fish Fillet with Preserved Radish 菜埔蒸鱼片, Salt &Pepper Prawn 椒盐明虾 and Braised Double Mushroom Bean curd with Vegetables 双菇豆腐扒时蔬.
The new set menu dishes are Nasi Lemak Pandan with char siew and roasted pork 烧c叉烧 椰浆饭, Braised Pineapple Chicken with rice 黄梨鸡饭, Scramble Egg Tomato with rice 番茄炒蛋饭, Stir-Fried Pork with pickled mustard rice 榨菜猪肉饭, Chinese Braised Pork Belly with rice 滷肉饭 and Kon Lau Mee Chu Chap 猪什干捞面.
