（吉隆坡10日讯）华总会长丹斯里吴添泉表示，随着“有条件行动管制令” （PKPB）再度延长，政府应为弱势和失业群体提供更多必要援助。
他说，几乎所有的经济领域将继续复工复产，近乎一半雇员将回到工作岗位之后，政府接着下来应把援助焦点和主力聚焦在被裁退的雇员、一时间无法复工的自雇人士，以及单亲家庭、无依等弱势人士，确保这些群体能够在政府提供的各项扶助下，度过生活难关。
“如果从3月18日开始实施的行管令直到6月9日为止，前后总共84天，再加上过后可能会持续面对的困境，这些群体的处境绝对是政府必须关注和给予援手的。”
他也希望政府继续关注和协助企业界，尤其是中小型企业和微商，扩大所需的融资数额供业者申请，避免僧多粥少现象，让更多申请者取得现金流而顺利复工。
吴添泉今天发表文告，针对首相丹斯里慕尤丁今午宣布政府将再度延长“有条件行管令”14天的措施表示，不论是复工复产的企业或是全民，都有必要遵守当局设定的标准作业流程（SOP），继续抗疫。
他说，本着国家利益、公共卫生和人民健康的大前提，华总认同和全力支持政府再度延长行管令的决定，并深信人民和华社华团也会给予全面配合。
他说，从行管令实施迄今的54天以来，我国人民已经充份体现出高度自律和全面配合，官民同心协力抗疫的崇高精神，这是难能可贵的：“全民的努力已经取得显著的效果，但仍然还有进步与加强的空间，直到局势全面好转受控为止。”
针对“有条件行管令”的再度延长，华总也向政府提出以下5点建议：
1：在“关怀人民振兴经济配套”原则与基础上，特别关注弱势和失业群体，给予必要支援。
2：持续关注与协助企业界，必要下扩大融资基金让更多商家申请，协助业者顺利复工复产。
3：监督与有效执行标准作业流程，确保复工企业厂商与人民遵循。
4：在“解封不解防”下，确保期间的佳节庆典过程受到良好控制。
5：成立跨部门机构的专门特别委员会，尽速草拟和启动“疫后行动大蓝图”，引领企业商家和人民迎向日常生活起居和国家各领域发展的“疫后新常态”。-pr/BNN
