KUALA LUMPUR: As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, Hilton hotels across Malaysia welcome the season with a range of handcrafted mooncakes and festive gift sets that celebrate one of Asia’s most cherished traditions. Rooted in the themes of reunion and togetherness, Hilton’s 2026 Mid-Autumn campaign features elegant designs, time-honoured recipes, and distinctive culinary experiences, providing guests with meaningful ways to celebrate with loved ones and colleagues alike. The collections embody the spirit of hospitality at the heart of Mid-Autumn, transforming every gathering into an occasion to reconnect, reflect, and rejoice.
Leading this year’s festivities is The Hilton Mooncake Collection, available at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Petaling Jaya, Hilton Kuching, Hilton Kota Kinabalu, DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang, DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru, and Hilton Garden Inn Kota Kinabalu Tuaran. Inspired by the elegant silhouette of the traditional Chinese fan and decorated with Malaysian batik motifs, the collection reflects the nation’s rich cultural heritage through a refined keepsake designed for lasting remembrance beyond the festivities. Featuring a selection of traditional baked and artisanal snow skin mooncakes, the collection offers a unifying flavour across the participating hotels, with prices starting from RM178 nett.
In addition to The Hilton Mooncake Collection, each hotel presents its own signature creations, offering unique interpretations of the Mid-Autumn Festival that celebrate local culinary traditions and regional character.
Continuing its tradition of unveiling an annual collectible, Chynna introduces the Moonlit Carousel Premium Collection, priced from RM358 nett. Inspired by Claude Debussy’s “Clair de Lune” (“Moonlight”), it comes in an elegant keepsake music box. Crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Lam Hock Hin, Dim Sum Chef Wong Wai Yuan, and their culinary team, the collection features eight premium handcrafted mooncakes. Returning favourite Heavenly Gold, made with Musang King durian, is joined by two new artisanal snow skin creations: Ocean Pearl, with cod fish, black pepper, macadamia nuts, and pumpkin seeds; and Amber Moonlight, combining red bean, lotus paste, and fragrant orange in a refreshing take on a festival classic. Guests can also indulge in Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s signature Supermoon Snow Skin, available at RM478 nett, designed to serve up to ten people, making it an ideal centrepiece for festive reunions.
At Toh Yuen, the Phoenix Prestige collection draws inspiration from the phoenix, symbolising renewal, harmony, and prosperity. Priced at RM159 nett, it is presented in a striking red keepsake box accompanied by a commemorative tote bag. The collection features four handcrafted traditional baked mooncakes honouring familiar flavours, reflecting Toh Yuen’s commitment to authentic Chinese cuisine. Elegant and rooted in tradition, The Phoenix Prestige offers a distinctive way to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with family, friends, and esteemed guests.
Beyond Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, the Mid-Autumn festivities extend across Malaysia. In East Malaysia, Hilton Kuching and Hilton Kota Kinabalu showcase The Hilton Mooncake Collection, welcoming guests with Bornean warmth and hospitality. DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur presents its exclusive Lunar Radiance Collection, while DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang and DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru continue the celebration with the national collection. This year also marks a special milestone for Hilton Garden Inn Kota Kinabalu Tuaran, which celebrates its first Mid-Autumn Festival as part of Hilton’s 2026 campaign, broadening the festival’s reach to even more guests in Sabah.
