TUARAN: Sulaman State Assemblyman, Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor, officiated the “Healthy and Bright Kids Carnival 2019” programme organised by Community Development Department (Kemas) Sabah at Dewan PPR Taman Sri Rugading, Tuaran, today.
Hajiji, who is also Sabah Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Chief, said the event was timely as it helps to increase the level of awareness among parents about health care practise.
Hajiji is confident that with good health, the Kemas children will be able to take part in all forms of learning activities which can also be implemented smoothly.
Earlier, he also visited the exhibition booths by various agencies which took part in the carnival.
Kemas Sabah Deputy Director (Children Early Education Unit), Mohamad Abu Bakar, District Officer’s Representative Awal Kamsari, District Police Chief’s Representative, Inspector Alvin Rajah and Yunus Hj Idris, Deputy Executive Officer of Tuaran District Council, were also present.-pr/BNN
