When evening falls, guests can enjoy the blazing sunset; from their balcony or at the seats by the seafront. Very strategic spot for good photographs and videos.
With the evening comes dinner. For the moment guests will have a choice between Al Fresco, where they can still enjoy the sunset while eating dinner or go to Ferdinand’s where they can enjoy authentic Italian food.
The restaurant offers fine dining, with many choices but they are currently promoting the  Grilled Black Angus Tomahawk. This serving is meant for two as its a huge portion. It’s exquisitely prepared. It is served with Garden Vegetables and roasted potatoes as well as beef juice reduction as they call it and mustard sauce and Maldon rock sea salt. It is juicy and absolutely delicious.
