（亚庇二日讯）耗资16亿汶币（折约五十亿令吉），全长30公里，贯通汶莱摩拉县与淡武廊县的「汶莱湾淡武廊跨海大桥」，工程已完成35%，料将可在2019年11月竣工。
届时，从汶莱首都斯市前往淡武廊县的车程，将从现有的一个小时卅分，缩短至仅需廿分钟；这也大大的缩短了，从汶莱首都通往沙巴的路程。

据中国建筑工程总公司安检部经理莫和末阿里称，连接汶莱摩拉县与淡武廊县、全长约30公里的跨汶莱湾
淡武廊大桥，工程已完成35%。
汶莱淡布隆跨海大桥，是一个将于2019年通车的跨海大桥，其长度约30公里，建成后将连接汶莱摩拉县和淡武廊县，届时，汶莱人不需要绕道至林梦进出两次。
目前在没有跨海大桥的情形下，从汶莱首都斯市使用陆路经林梦前往淡武廊县，约需1个半小时（排除交通阻塞），由水路乘船至淡武廊则需45分钟。
未来有了跨海大桥，由斯市驾车至淡武廊只需约20分钟。
直驱老越与实必丹
淡武廊县距离砂拉越的老越不远，通车后，从汶莱首都沿跨海大桥抵淡武廊，直驱老越及沙巴州的实必丹，这也大大的缩短了，从汶莱首都通往沙巴的路程。
他称，目前施工时间已累积到235万小时，没有发生任何事故。
「淡武廊跨海大桥于2015年10月开工。」
淡武廊跨海大桥涉及五个合同承包，包括建造两条13.4公里的海上高架桥，一条1.1公里的缆车导航桥和11.8公里的淡武廊高架桥，安装包括交通管制和监视，监控，数据采集，道路照明以及供电网络，为整座桥梁提供高压电力供电。
「剩下的65%工程，仍在如火如荼进行中，许多海上桥柱已屹立。」
这项工程由中国承建及韩国公司参与，是汶莱规模最大、最具社会影响力的交通基础设施项目，成为东南亚最长海上桥，更将成为汶莱的新地标。- SH.
