KOTA KINABALU: Beauty entrepreneur distributer for DRs Secret Datin Joanny Kwok has officially opened Global Beaute, a new Skincare & Wellness Concept Store, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her beauty and wellness journey.
Speaking at the soft opening ceremony, at Zara Boutique Hotel here today Joanny warmly welcomed family, friends and guests, thanking them for their support.
She said Global Beaute was founded on the belief that true beauty goes beyond appearance.
“I’ve always believed that beauty is not simply about looking young. True beauty begins with good health, confidence, happiness, beautiful skin and learning to take good care of ourselves,” she said in her speech.
Joanny, who joked that she is looking better now than when she was younger, said she envisions Global Beaute as more than just a retail outlet.
“Global Beaute is more than just a place to buy skincare and wellness products. I want it to be a welcoming and sharing place where our customers and members can discover high-quality products, receive friendly service, and learn more about taking care of their beauty, health and well-being,” she said.
She described the soft opening as not merely the launch of a distributor’s concept store, but the start of a new journey.
“Today is not only the opening of a distributor’s concept store. It is also the beginning of a new chapter and a new journey for me and us. I hope we can share this journey of beauty, health, confidence and happiness together for many years to come,” she added.
Joanny closed her speech by wishing guests good health, happiness and success, and reminded everyone to prioritise self-care and self-love at every stage of life.
