（本报讯）婆罗洲发展企业公司（BDC）再度成功为发展本州打造了拥有27间轻工业店面的「工业中心」，以提升本州经济发展，培养可持续方针，加强建筑工业能力。
「工业中心」坐落在必打丹区，选择必打丹的原因在于一旦泛婆罗洲州大道启用后，将成为一个聚集地，来自四面八方犹如吧巴、根地咬、砂拉越的商人或民众，将会经过必打丹，这里将会有非常大的潜能成为商业聚集地。
首席部长拿督慕沙阿曼昨日出席「婆罗洲发展企业公司工业中心」推展礼上致词时，发表上述言论，由于其未克出席，其讲词由副首长兼州农业及食品工业部长拿督耶耶胡申代读。出席者也包括该公司主席拿督卡兹耶耶。
他透露，这项「工业中心」计划未来可促进州内的经济增长，为本地民众提供更多的福利与好处。只要能发展沙巴，BDC日后无论任何的发展项目或建设，州政府将给予支持与欢迎。
他鼓励本地企业家可抓紧机会，借由「工业中心」发展与开拓其事业，从中发掘无限商机。此外，「工业中心」也可提供本地人就业机会，降低本州失业率。
他也称赞BDC在经济不景气的环境下，在面对许多困难和挑战都仍然交出良好的业绩。同时，州政府也赞赏身为官联公司的BDC每年都派发股息予州政府。
他期望BDC能够继续努力维持良好的管理系统，找寻更多的新商机或投资策略，以便能够回馈政府与民众。SOURCE BY AT

（本报讯）成州内首个推行蓝海策略的亚庇市政厅，将透过五大元素进一步提高其对内与对外的工作效率。
昨日在此间为该蓝海策略课程主持开幕仪式的首相署助理部长拿督杨爱华表示，这不仅是符合了首相借由提倡蓝海政策来提高国家成效关键领域，对亚庇市政厅而言更是及时的。
他指出，这种做法可沿用于市政厅旗下各个部门，使之前必须耗费大量人力物力作业的情况得以改善，减少各方面如经费的输出。
他补充说，如公眾人士在提呈发展图册或执照申请时，能缩短审批时间，这也是蓝海策略的一部分。
他举例，就好比由首相设计的城市转型中心（UTC），便是以这种方式作业，一片申请护照需耗费长时间，现在仅需要数个小时就能申请护照。
他说：「最重要的，是让各个政府部门在最少的人力与最低的物力作业下，获得最高的效率。」
另外，来自沙巴Intan Campus的高级培训协调员韩费里瑞敏表示，政府部门推行的蓝海策略主要分为五大元素，首三个是低成本、高冲击和快速，接著是两个辅助元素，即必须长期稳定和互相协调。
他指出，这都是针对政府部门与机构所制定的元素，使部门的运作无论是对内或对外，都获得最高的成效。
