肉票来自太平新板，其父亲为二手汽车零件买卖商（43岁），家人接获勒索电话后迅速报警求助，警方趁着肉票家人前往交赎金，兵分多路展开围捕行动，主脑和绑匪共12人全部落网，成功在槟城救出肉票。
■1匪与肉票相识另1匪是狮城女辅警
绑匪中有1人与肉票相识，而另一人相信是新加坡的女辅警。
■在槟救出肉票警逮捕12嫌犯
哈斯南指出，警方趁此机会，即刻兵分多路，同一时间展开8个围捕行动，即分别在柔佛展开6项逮捕行动、在北海和槟岛也同时展开逮捕行动，将绑匪一并逮捕归案。
他续说，9月5日晚上10时许在槟岛的逮捕行动中，警方成功救出当时由2名绑匪看管中的肉票，肉票当时坐在一辆迈薇国产车后座，双手被绑着及蒙眼，身上没有伤痕，但是处于饱受惊吓的情况中。
他指出，另在北海落网绑匪共2人，其余8人在柔佛多地遭警方逮捕，全部嫌犯皆是印裔，分别3名女子和9名男子，年龄介于17至36岁。
■商人无法筹足赎金减至30万
霹雳州总警长拿督哈斯南周三（20日）在新闻发布会上披露，印裔少年是于9月2日（周六）晚上8时左右，在太平遭绑走，历经惊吓72小时后获救。
他指出，在接获绑匪的电话后，少年的父亲在9月3日下午3时30分左右，前往警局作出投报，警方随即成立以霹州刑事调查主任拿督颜天记为首的特别小组，展开侦查行动。
“在肉票被绑期间，商人与绑匪共通过10次电话，因商人无法筹获绑匪要求的300万令吉赎金，于是在绑匪来电时，商人与绑匪讨价还价，将赎金减至30万令吉。”
“9月5日上午约8时30分，商人再次接获绑匪的来电，要求到柔佛新山交赎金。”
■轿车用假车牌曾涉及抢劫案
哈斯南说，12人落网后，警方在柔佛2个地方起获合共17万5400令吉的赎金，目前正寻找其他赎金的下落。
他表示，警方在这起逮捕行动中起获8台手机、5个休闲包、5套钥匙、2件面套、2条绳索、1张新加坡辅警证、衣服、巴冷刀、外套和手表等。
“同时也扣查1辆白色迈薇国产车、1辆银色迈薇国产车、1辆银色丰田 VOIS轿车以及1辆野马哈摩托车。”
他指出，经过调查所获，其中1辆白色迈薇国产车，即在槟城载着肉票的轿车是使用假车牌，并且涉及今年6月23日在柔佛发生的一宗抢劫案。
■5嫌犯获保释7人延扣助查
哈斯南披露，落网的12名男女嫌犯在9月6日被带往法庭申请延扣助查至18日，目前其中5人获得保释，其余7人则继续延扣助查柔佛州抢劫案。
他也指出，目前警方已将绑架案调查报告呈交给霹雳州检察署以便得到进一步的指示。此案是援引1961年绑架法令第3条文。一旦罪名成立，可被判处死刑，或者终身监禁。- AT.
